I stayed for one night and was pleasantly surprised by the cozy atmosphere and beautifully appointed Dark Skies Suite. The balcony was a lovely spot for dinner, and I enjoyed soaking in the tub after a long journey. being just a short walk away from Stella Bull Park was a bonus for a relaxing stroll.

Staying at the White Swan was an interesting mix of comfort and surprise. I enjoyed the spacious Park Suite 1, which felt clean and beautifully furnished. The interior was charming, and the view of the park from the patio was delightful. The heated blanket was a nice touch on a cooler night, showing attention to comfort. a few issues detracted from the overall experience. The lack of air-conditioning made it quite warm during my stay, especially as I couldn't open the window without letting in insects. There was unfortunate condensation on the windows, which made the place feel a bit humid. Service at breakfast could use more attentiveness. we felt overlooked at times. the stay had great potential with its lovely suite and location, but some fundamental amenities could really elevate the experience.

Couples looking for charm
We loved the room, very quiet and with a beautiful view of the trees outside, just stunning! The bed was super comfy and that shower? It was excellent! Not to mention those complimentary biscuits and a bottle of beer were a pleasant surprise.
It wasn’t exactly cheap, but honestly we still found the experience acceptable.

Great Boutique Vibe!
Really loved my stay in that Deluxe Suite! The bathroom was huge, and the shower was top-notch. The bed was super comfy too. Had some chill time in the bar/lounge area with a nice wine selection. Just wish the dining service was a bit more attentive since we felt a bit ignored during breakfast.

Had a great time with friends! Loved the cozy bar/lounge area and the staff gave us awesome tips for exploring. We enjoyed a fun-filled day at the Greytown Distilling Company and caught some world-class comedy during the Night Glow festival. Perfect spot for a group getaway. Just keep in mind, the front rooms can be quite noisy in the mornings.
A personal experience from another guest who stayed in the Mandarin room highlighted some issues like broken tiles and problems with cleaning. They had to deal with a frustrating situation, which wasn't what anyone hopes for during a hotel stay.

Couple's Cozy Retreat
The staff was fantastic! They were welcoming and attentive, made us feel like valued guests from the get-go, which was really nice. And the large bathroom in our room was just what we needed for some relaxation!
It wasn't exactly cheap, but still acceptable.

It was just a well-suited match for a brief hiatus in Greytown with good value for price. The room was a great size and had a nice kitchenette that was very handy. Consider requesting a room that is positioned away from the main road for a quieter experience.

We enjoyed a fantastic time exploring the nearby Greytown Distilling Company, which had a great atmosphere for the whole family! The kids especially loved the comfort of our spacious room, and the location was perfect for strolling around town. It was a memorable trip for my wife, teenage daughter, and me.
My kids wished there was more family-friendly dining options nearby.
